Ercolina® has launched an extremely powerful and innovative machine, the Ercolina® GigaBender GB170, which is ideal for bending large diameter tube, pipe and profiles. A machine for particular markets such as shipbuilding, heavy industry, chemical processing, heavy agricultural applications, etc. which at last satisfies the demand for large profile deformation at a truly affordable price!
The Ercolina GigaBender is able to achieve to bend radii as small as 2,5 x Ø ( in some cases 2 x Ø depending on wall thickness and type of material ), has a max. bend angle of 180° and has two bending speeds for increased accuracy.
Bending large profiles is now no problem thanks to this powerful heavy duty machine: its semi-automatic motorised counterbending die positioning system and patented tooling with multiple radii make bending an easy job.
